LIVE THE DREAM

Here they are!
Pictures of the intensive 4 day painting mission to transform this run down historic building into my latest installation piece entitled:
“Live the Dream- Feel the Magic!”

What may appear as a flat check circle soon distorts as you get sucked in and walk towards the piece,

And the fantasy of the over-sized painted asses soon become paper thin.

Along with several members of the uk faction of MSK crew we pretty much took over the whole building, here’s some pics of the burners on show.

ROIDs smoke kills it- JIROEs illuminated and animated skull was awesome!

AROE takes centre stage and GARY is a style master!

Trapped in the basement ODISY shows how he gets down!

HATERS!

If you’re in Brighton- i will be coming your way soon!!

I will be doing an installation for this group show alongside some pretty sick graffiti heavy weights.

Bootleg Love

Dreamy Living!!

Allow me to show off these awesome photographers by Emma Slater of the new chair i have worked on with designer Ben Rousseau.

50 Deadmen Walking

Spotted in the movie ‘50 Deadmen Walking’. Thanks Toby!
Sorry for the bad screengrab.

This is a film set in the 80s in Belfast- they got the location right but my piece in the background of several scenes was painted about 5 years ago and anyone watching would notice the graffiti style was way out of place.
I have always wondered why films put so much time and effort into costumes, set dressing to make it all look like the correct period in history but then don’t think about the graffiti.
Surely i’m not the only person that notices this?!

Beastie Men
